オートタキシン

オートタキシン^１）は分子量約125,000の分泌糖蛋白質であり、リゾホスホリパーゼD活性を有し、リゾホスファチジルコリンを加水分解し様々な細胞機能を制御しているリゾホスファチジン酸を産生します^２，３）。

慢性肝疾患に伴う肝臓の線維化による類洞内皮細胞での代謝が阻害されることにより血液中のオートタキシン濃度は上昇し^４，５）、その濃度は肝臓の線維化ステージに比例してオートタキシン濃度が上昇する結果が得られています^６－８）。

また、オートタキシンは線維化初期より濃度上昇が認められること、糖尿病、心疾患、腎疾患や、運動、食事、年齢などの要因による濃度変動が小さいことが明らかとなっており、肝臓の線維化進展を信頼性高く診断することが可能です。
